"Participants can be confident that any support provided will be used solely for the purpose of raising funds for the charities we have selected this semester, namely the Red Cross® Hurricane Relief Fund and the Brockport Food Pantry. In recognition of the current COVID environment and the need for students and event participants to stay socially distant, the students have proposed an online poker tournament to take place on December 3rd at 7:00pm. An accounting of all funds raised will be publicly available at the conclusion of the tournament project and documentation of monetary and in-kind contributions, for IRS purposes, is available upon request. "

Winners of tournaments paid via platform used to enter tournament (PayPal - Venmo - CashApp). Allow three business days for payment to post. Alternative payment by check can be arranged; contact networkclub@brockport.edu and allow 10 days for payment.
Winners of raffles to be contacted via payment platform used when entering raffle. Allow 3 days from conclusion of football game, on which raffle is based, for winners to be announce. Raffle winner must indicate acceptance of prize by provide US mailing address within 10 days. Allow 10 days from providing mailing address for delivery of raffle prizes. All raffle prizes delivered via US mail.
